Quorum treats governing declarations, CC&Rs, meeting minutes, and architectural filings as private user records.
- Uploaded Governing Documents: CC&Rs, Bylaws, ARC Guidelines, and meeting minutes uploaded to your account are indexed privately for your authenticated use.
- Dispute & Violation Records: Violation letters, fine logs, photographic defense evidence, and ARC submission dates.
- Certified Mail Tracking: USPS Certified Mail tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and certified return receipt records.
2. No Data Sharing with HOA Boards or Management Companies
HOA Homeowner OS is strictly a homeowner-side platform. We never share, sell, or disclose your uploaded documents, questions, dispute strategies, or case files with HOA boards, property management companies, or HOA collection attorneys.
3. Subprocessor Security Standards
Your data is processed using hardened, SOC 2 Type II compliant providers:
- Google Cloud Platform & Firebase: Encrypted USA Firestore database storage, user authentication, and secure hosting.
- Stripe Inc.: PCI-DSS Level 1 payment infrastructure for Homeowner and Household plans.
